The dedication of the new Queen of Angels Church took place on April 23, 2016 in the presence over 4000 people. The new Church was dedicated by the Most Rev. Bishop Gerald Barnes accompanied by Most Rev. Rutilio Del Riego, Auxiliary Bishop Emiritus, the Pastor Fr. Miguel Ruiz and a large number of priests and laity from the neighboring parishes. 
The Church is the result of the untiring efforts of the parishioners under the able leadership of Miguel Ruiz through religious concerts, dinners, parish fiesta, weekly food sales and many other activities. We congratulate Miguel, the parishioners and the Lay Missionaries of the Divine Word for this great achievement. We also acknowledge the first SVD pastor of the parish Briccio Tamoro and the many Parochial Vicars who shared in the growth and improvement of this local church community.
